Save the date! BMDL PTSA’s Trunk or Treat is Saturday, October 31, 12:00–2:00 PM in the Jing Mei parking lot. Host a decorated trunk, volunteer during the event, or donate candy or supplies. Every bit helps!
Parking, Canopies & Sign-Up
How to sign up
Fill out the sign-up form (link above) and choose your role: trunk host, volunteer, or donor. Trunk hosts, please let us know if you’d like to borrow a canopy.
Parking
Trunks will be set up along the front drop-off loop and the east lot, in spots numbered 1–40 on the parking map in the gallery below. Once we reach 30 trunk sign-ups, we’ll assign parking spots and email each host the map with their spot number.
Arrival
Trunk hosts, please arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 AM to set up your space. After that it gets hard to drive through the loop, so please don’t be late!
Canopies
You’re welcome to bring your own canopy. The PTSA also has 5 canopies to lend, first come, first served, in case of rain.
Nut-free event
Please hand out only nut-free candy and treats. Check labels for “may contain nuts” warnings too.
Candy drive
We’re collecting candy donations October 26–30 to help stock every trunk.
